Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the purchase of digital products (e.g. online guides, templates, scripts, digital resources) concluded via this website. The provider is Anastasia Ushakova Consulting.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the provision of digital content that is made available to the customer electronically after purchase (e.g. via download, email, or access to an online platform). No physical goods are shipped.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process and payment has been successfully processed. Access to the purchased digital content is granted immediately after the contract is concluded.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown include statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout.
5. Delivery / Access
Digital content is provided immediately after payment. Access is granted via download link, email, or an online platform.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For contracts relating to the supply of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) once the customer has expressly agreed that the provider may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that, by giving such consent, they lose their right of withdrawal.
7. Usage Rights
The purchased digital content is intended for the customer’s personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or transfer to third parties is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing by the provider.
8. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Liability for loss of profit is excluded.
9. Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
